SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with UPS for fast and safe delivery. Orders within the European Union are shipped with UPS "Standard" and orders outside the European Union are shipped with UPS "Express". Shipping time usually ranges between 1 and 3 days depending on the destination but we do not guarantee this can happen in all cases. The shipping charges for your destination can be viewed directly from the shopping cart before you commit to your order, charges depend on destination and weight shipped. As a rule orders are shipped within the second working day from order for items "available" or within the time agreed with us for items "currently not available". Your order will be shipped only after your credit card payment is approved or for wire transfer payment after money are actually available at our account. All credit card purchases will be shipped to the credit card billing address only.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship from the European Union, Italy, for international shipping outside the European Union it is very important that you understand and accept that there may be tariffs, customs, duties, import fees and taxes that may apply and that you will be entirely responsible for these. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Knives Gallery, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will ship the packages together with the usual packing lists and proforma invoice for customs clearance where we list the goods by product type and value.

TRACKING
Our Clients, as soon the order is shipped, will be notified via email with the tracking No and URL to be used to track online the shipping status.

RETURNS
We give you our guarantee that we will refund items that you return to us subject to the following conditions: Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of the receipt date; Returns must include all of the original packaging materials and documentation; The intention of returning an item must be notified by email in advance of return; All items must be in new and unworn condition (no sign of any usage even if minor or difficult to perceive) and without having been altered in any way by you; Returns must be shipped by you pre-paid and insured for the full value by a trackable carrier and tracking details notified to us by email. We will refund the purchase price of the items returned within the time-frame and manner specified above, the refund shall be made via wire transfer. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of the items receipt by us. All notifications to and from us concerning returns will be by email. We carefully check all items before selling and shipping them and ship them fully insured, when you receive the packs you need to check them with carrier before you sign for receipt and make any relevant observation for shipping damages at that stage. Items damaged during transport and accepted so by the carrier will be substituted upon return of damaged items, in this case the return shipping costs will not be born by you. Certain restrictions may apply to returns of particular items and in such a case this will be identified in the item description.

All knives are shipped insured, the cost of such insurance is 3% of the value of the goods and is already included in the knife price shown, this cost will be deducted from the refund in case you return the knife to us under the return instructions posted above.
