The knife we have here for sale is a new knife made by Boiteddu Fogarizzu, in previous page you find some more information on his family centenary tradition in knife making and the international success he and his sons have in this activity. This is a collection knife where the author has used cocobolo wood for the knife handle instead of the traditional sheep's horn material. The knife is indeed entirely handmade and the result is the perfection in the assembly, aligned edges, smooth profiles, fit up of the blade inside the handle. This knife is not numbered as the type is a traditional one, still is a piece of art and is amongst the best in its kind, wonderful craftsmanship edging the perfection which summarize the great experience of the author, also the beautiful color and pattern of the cocobolo used for the handle matches entirely the nickel-silver bolsters and the steel blade.
